I am a newcomer to Rabós. My friends are over seventy years old and tell me about the old life of the village of Rabós, a life that is no longer there but I see. I dedicate myself to observation, to asking what I don't know to the village grandparents, to socializing, to setting up wine fairs, to enjoying life, to walking, to pruning intensely; to know the history of Rabós d'Empordà, to recover lost vineyards, to try to reopen the village bar, to sell wine, to see the sunsets, to run through the vineyards and catch peaches from the tree; to ferment when I don't breathe, to change the oil in my tractor, to brush, to fight wild boars, to learn how to make a dry stone wall, to harvest almonds, to cook the people I love, to take wine classes and vineyards, to discover old cellars already disused, to recover a small boot of rancid wine, to listen to nature.

I bottle all this in a 75 cl format.
